Shattered Thoughts is seeking a Cannabis Production Team Member to join us!

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and pass a criminal background check. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of all products in compliance with company, local, and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
- Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Management are met.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas, and sanitation practices concerning handling of product according to company procedures; report any potential contamination to Management immediately.
- Detect and report production inefficiencies when identifiable and work as a team to find solutions in a timely manner.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
Qualifications:
- No cannabis experience required.
- Kitchen/ production experience preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume production setting is preferred.
- Able to learn new skills and transition efficiently from one task to another.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Communication skills and ability to follow directions are essential.
Job Physical Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from facility location.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to operate kitchen and other production equipment for extended periods.
- Frequently moves kitchen/ production/ packaging equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds.

- 40 hours (5 days, 8 hours)
- 30 minute paid lunch break per day
Part-Time
- 20-30 hours
- Full work days preferred (8 hours/day)
Pay: $16.50 per hour
