Shattered Thoughts is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with dispensaries, educating clients on our product line, and driving sales growth across Michigan’s legal cannabis market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries, smoke shops, and wholesale buyers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
- Educate clients on Shattered Thoughts’ products, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Michigan’s cannabis regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older (legal requirement).
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (cannabis industry preferred).
- Deep understanding of Michigan’s cannabis market and compliance laws.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Michigan as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
