Patient Care Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing administrative tasks and providing support within our dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and experience in a dental office setting. Will train right individual.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services and procedures.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes to facilitate smooth transactions for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring all necessary information is communicated effectively.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the clinic is well-equipped to meet patient needs.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

* Bilingual a plus but not required

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and patient care is highly valued.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
