In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product development, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to retain and grow customer accounts.
