Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Prep and assemble products to specification.
- Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Ensures that cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards.
- Maintains a scheduled production through to meet team business goals.
- Maintains regular and consistent punctual attendance.
- Must notify management of any potential food safety or quality issue.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards.
- Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice.
- Basic math skills.
- Communicate to management when there is an issue, whether it is work related or personal.
- Must be able to follow strict safety, food security, and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP)
Salary : $40,100 - $50,800
