Job Title Plant 65 | Heat Set Operator | $18.68 Position Overview Shaw is now hiring Heatset Operators. No experience required! The ideal candidate will possess excellent focus and a strong attention to detail. In addition, good communication skills and the ability to work well with others are important to this position. Candidates will oversee the multiple functions of our state-of-the-art yarn finishing systems to complete daily production assignments. He/she will work with a team to ensure the finishing processes continue uninterrupted. This position offers hands-on work experience ideal for candidates who prefer to be active and engaged in the workplace. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Use a daily production schedule and color-coding system to load and weave yarn, ensuring the order is processed accurately. Communicate with team and Maintenance regarding orders, yarn needs and any mechanical issues. Inspect, label and box completed orders.
