What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Sales Associate position at Shaw's?
At Shaw's, we are looking for a skilled Bakery Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Wrapping and pricing bakery goods and placing them on counters, tables, and in display cases;
• Operating the shrink wrapper and bread slicer to prepare goods for sale;
• Monitoring the bakery area to locate expired or nearly expired bakery goods for markdown or disposal;
• Moving trays of bakery goods from the preparation area to the display area;
• Replacing stock in the bakery area as needed.
