The Shaw's Meat Department is seeking a highly skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing meat in salable sizes and condition for wrapping and eventual display and sale to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare meat for sale by cutting, trimming, chopping, grinding and otherwise processing it as needed
• Operate saws, grinders and other meat processing equipment to efficiently process meat products
• Inspect and sort meat products to ensure quality and freshness
• Display and maintain a clean and organized meat department
Requirements
