Senior Client Success Manager (Remote)
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving project execution, and managing the success of our marketing initiatives. You will oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of clients, ensuring that deliverables meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead complex projects, mitigate risks, optimize resourcing, and build strong client relationships that foster retention and growth. Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven record of developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and goals, ensuring our work delivers maximum value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advocate for their needs and goals
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to navigate complex client organizations
- Facilitate strong working relationships across all internal and external teams that are engaged to support the client
- Identify unstated risks and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to drive growth
- Oversee the execution and quality standards of all scope and budget management activities
- Partner with leadership to address significant client changes, risks, or opportunities that impact satisfaction, budget, or timelines.
- Monitor hours and budget reports, proactively mitigating risks and resolving scope or expectation challenges
- Oversee resource management and forecasting to facilitate and resolve staffing needs for all clients within portfolio
- Lead contract renewal strategies and recommendations to support client retention
- Facilitate project scoping conversations for custom Shaw/Scott offerings, including project estimates, drafting contracts, and presenting proposal presentations
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency across client projects and cross-functional teams
- Apply change management techniques to drive successful adoption of proposed improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with an emphasis on email marketing
- 5 years of experience in project and/or account management
- Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana, Workfront, or Mavenlink
- Experience working with digital marketing software including email service providers, analytics, CRM and project management tools
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalents)
- Agency experience preferred
Work Environment / Travel
We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Semi-frequent travel to professional office settings and other events locally and nationally; some overnight travel expected.
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Shaw/Scott, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including company paid health insurance, 401K with employer match, 4 weeks PTO per year, parental leave, communication allowance, and more.
