The Assistant Project Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the Project Management team in the successful execution of Solar & Energy Storage projects. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, technical coordination, and customer interaction, ensuring projects progress smoothly from initiation to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination.
- Assist the Lead Coordinator in scheduling project activities, including permits, installations and inspections.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain organized project files, both physical and digital, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Deliver project updates to your team, and others as required.
- Technical Support:
- Review and understand basic solar design plans and specifications - knowing this on day 1 is not a requirement. We offer extensive on the job training.
- Assist in the preparation of permit applications and interconnection documents.
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to address questions and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits as needed.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for our amazing clients, address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clients with project updates and ensure their satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist Sales team with the preparation of proposals and contracts
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient on a computer, generally tech savvy
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
- Ability to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to conduct site visits, which may involve walking, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
