Responsibilities
- Operate dye machines to color fabrics according to specifications, ensuring correct dye
- Monitor and facilitate product development trials throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of dye formulas and production logs, ensuring all
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and
- Ensure adherence to engineering requirements during manufacturing.
- Document trial performance and communicate findings to the product development
- Collaborate with planning, production, laboratory, customer service, and shipping
information.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for interpreting setup sheets and SOPs.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Previous textile process and manufacturing experience is a plus.
