This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Superintendent at Shawmut Design and Construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in managing on-site construction activities, collaborating with project teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Construction management, project coordination, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Experience in managing on-site construction activities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- OSHA certification is a plus
