Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details Pediatric CVOR RN Shift : Day shift Monday-Friday, preferably 4 10s. 0600-430p / 630a-5p Is on-call REQ, Yes. Call : End of shift to start of next day shift (overnight call). Weekend call. Either 24hr or 12hr. Weekend REQ : No shifts, but call Holiday requirements : Holiday call may be required. We have holiday pods but would likely need extra help for possible transplants Years of experience REQ : minimum 2 years scrubbing and circulating complex heart cases Experience Highly preferred : OR Pediatric Heart experience First-time travelers accepted : Yes License Required : SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract Common Procedures / Surgeries Performed : We do all the big complex pediatric cardiac cases and transplants. Berlins, Norwoods, TGAs, Conduits, TETs, ECMOs Comments : Must be willing to be assigned to other services if needed, but will be primarily cardiac Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs. Locals accepted : Yes, on case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Local radius : 60 miles. RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to equal 1 shift.
