Shift : 3x12s days 7a-730p and holiday rotation

Ratios : 1 : 2

Weekend REQ : EOW

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : no

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? no

Job Requirements

Years of experience REQ : 2 years

First-timers accepted : yes

License REQ : SC or Multi State / Compact RN license

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM

Experience REQ : High risk antepartum, teaching hospital exp, Triage, high risk deliveries, recover C-section

Schedule Information

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs

Local Radius : 60 miles

Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.

Additional Details

Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.

Copy of Driver's License Required

Copy of Social Security Card is required.

Qualivis : Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
