We are seeking a Monitor Technician for our hospital in Naperville, IL.
Shift: 7:00pm to 7:30am
Pay: $19 to $28 and hour.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, ensuring accurate data collection, and providing essential support to the medical staff. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality patient care and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data to detect any abnormalities.
- Document and report changes in patient conditions promptly to nursing staff.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monitoring equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Educate patients and families about monitoring procedures as needed.
- Stay updated on emergency protocols and respond effectively in critical situations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency medicine.
- Experience or training in cardiology or telemetry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with radiology, sonography, and vital signs monitoring is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
