Grounds Crew

Position concept: As a member of the Golf Maintenance Team, the Grounds Crew reports directly to the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. Under the Superintendent’s supervision, the Grounds Crew participates in the maintenance of the golf course greens, tees, fairways, rough, cart paths, etc. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent playing surfaces for all members and guests.
Compensation and benefits:
- Hourly wage: $15 per hour

Duties:
- Daily mowing of golf course including: Tees, fairways, greens, rough and driving range.
- Cup Changing
- Weed Eating
- Tree Removal
- Irrigation repair
- Bunker maintenance
- Other tasks required to maintain the golf course
Skills:
- General knowledge of the game of golf.
Experience:
- No previous experience required (although helpful). Will Train.
Expectations:
- Team members are expected to be on time, perform assigned tasks in a timely manner, represent themselves and the course in a professional manner, and be a team player.
Hours per week:
- 35-40
