Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the culinary team during peak service times by helping with cooking, plating, and serving.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or special requests from guests.
- Participate in banquet preparations as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
