About the Role
The Data Reporting Specialist position is a critical role within our Institutional Research department at Shawnee Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating institutional data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees, external partners, and government agencies receive excellent customer service in all interactions with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
- Assist the Executive Director with activities related to data governance, including data security, validation, report timelines, documentation, and definitions.
- Track and continuously improve key metrics and measures to assist with achieving strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience with managing data in a relational database (SQL).
