Job Summary
The Data Reporting Specialist will play a key role in supporting the institution's effectiveness and outcomes by assisting the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness in analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating institutional information. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Reporting Specialist will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve institutional outcomes
- Analyzing and interpreting institutional data to inform decision-making
- Disseminating institutional information to various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external partners
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees, external partners, and government agencies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in data reporting and compliance, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and analytics hardware and software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

Work Environment
