Duties
- Oversee daily operations of housing facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to residents facing challenges related to housing stability.
- Facilitate communication between residents and property management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement programs that promote resident engagement and community building.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident services, occupancy rates, and property maintenance.
- Collaborate with social service agencies to connect residents with necessary resources such as addiction counseling or motivational interviewing.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure adherence to property policies.
Skills
- Strong background in social work or related fields, with an emphasis on crisis intervention techniques.
