Shawnee Health Service is seeking a part-time Custodian (float) for our Shawnee Health Carterville location. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5pm-10pm. This position reports directly to the Assistant Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean and sanitize high touch areas
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Salary
- $15 per hour
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years experience, preferred
- May require lifting up to 50 pounds
