- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Process cash and credit transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing helpful solutions.
Skills
