JOB LISTING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER IN WACO,TX
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager that is local to Waco, Texas to join our team for this project. The successful candidate will serve as the owner's representative and construction manager, providing comprehensive project management for all aspects of the project. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires local expertise, so only those residing in Waco, Texas or nearby towns may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the owner's representative and construction manager.
· Provide project management of all related matters of the project.
· Inspect and approve the completeness of all scopes of work.
· Review and recommend approval for payment of all sub-contractor invoices.
· Collect Conditional and Final Lien waivers from subcontractors for all completed work following payment.
· Work to resolve any changes to scope and budget at the subcontractor level.
· Seek solutions to maintain schedule and budget regarding any proposed change orders by sub-contractors.
· Respond daily to project correspondence via email and phone.
· Provide weekly project updates to ownership and as required.
· Interface with tenant's project manager, architects, designers, FF&E vendors, and all third-party consultants during planning and bidding phase.
· Produce a master project schedule with all trades and tenant-related specialty subcontractors from start to completion.
· Serve as the project management point of contact for ownership tenant's project manager, architect, and third-party consultants.
· Sole attention must be focused on project and all matters relating to project.

· Proven experience in construction and project management.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with all parties involved.
· Problem-solving skills focused on maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Job Type: Contract
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Performance bonus
