We are seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in a local private duty non-medical home care office in order to drive company success.
Job Type: Full-time
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
Assist with the scheduling of services provided to clients on a daily basis in the office.
Interact with clients, families, and employees to ensure quality service is delivered.
Assist with the day-to-day staffing and scheduling of cases, problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in the employee hiring process.
Assist in providing orientation to new applicants.
Function with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in-person (required)
High School Diploma or GED- ( required)
Office experience (helpful)
One year of scheduling software experience (helpful)
Scheduling and data entry experience (helpful)
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff as well as clients (required)
Ability to coordinate many activities at once (required)
Ability to take and keep proper notes and be organized (required)
Required Skills:
Must be able to work independently and utilize critical decision-making skills.
Basic working knowledge of Windows OS, e-mail, word processing, Excel, and social media platforms. (knowledge of Macs: helpful)
Effective and professional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Bilingual (Spanish speaking helpful)
*Must be a people person and organized.
