As the Programmatic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing private marketplace (PMP) and open market (OMP) programmatic deals. You'll work closely with SSPs, Sales, BD, and Yield teams, ensuring seamless execution while identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow revenue.

- Own PMP & PG deal execution—setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting programmatic deals.
- Manage SSP integrations and performance, ensuring efficient monetization and smooth delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BD, and Yield to align inventory with demand.
- Provide data-driven insights, tracking performance and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Work directly with leadership, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, negotiations, and partnerships.
- 2 years of experience in programmatic operations, ad tech, or digital media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, SSPs, DSPs, and private marketplace deals.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot programmatic campaign performance.
- A team player who’s curious, proactive, and eager to learn beyond execution.
