About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a board-certified Advanced Practice Provider to work in a rural health clinic system. You will form strong relationships with grateful patients and work in a peaceful outdoor paradise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care services, including recording physical and mental status, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing and managing plans of care, prescribing and dispensing medications, and more.
- Split your direct patient care time between acute care and established patient panel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
- Able to perform technical skills and critical thinking outlined in performance standards.
- Minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care.
