Salary : $240k-450k
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate / M&A / Securities / Finance Attorney to join their team in one of their various office locations including Wilmington, DE; Boca Raton, FL; Baltimore, MD; Hackensack, NJ; or Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities :
- Handle a variety of corporate, M&A, securities, and finance transactions from start to finish
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on transactional matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to achieve client objectives
