Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care services that will include recording physical and mental status, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing and managing plans of care, as well as prescribing and dispensing medications. Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel.
Requirements
">- Licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards.
- Must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care.
