She Recruits. LLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
They will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Utilizing the CPSI Rural Health Medical Record system, the successful candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Working closely with medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed practical nurses, they will optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.
Additionally, they will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in primary care.
Requirements
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- An active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Louisiana.
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- A willingness to embrace technology and adapt to electronic medical record systems.
- A desire to work in a rural healthcare setting and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.
