Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide top-notch primary, urgent, and preventative care for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult, family, or geriatric care and a knack for navigating the ever-evolving world of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial assessments, physical exams, medication reviews, and depression screenings
- Collaborate with the facility medical director and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Comfort family members during treatment plan discussions
Requirements
- Valid Kentucky Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA License
- National NP Certification
- Experience in adult, family, or geriatric care
