Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end scalability projects, ensuring robust performance as the company grows
- Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure processes that support our expanding operations
- Define and meet infrastructure goals around monitoring, antifragility, and resilience
- Collaborate closely with the team, providing insights and support for distributed systems scaling
- Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of future infrastructure team members
