Parkville MD Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our esteemed team. This is an exceptional chance to work with a group that values collaboration, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
About the Team
Our team consists of 12 physicians and 22 APPs who make up a seamless machine. We prioritize diversity in coverage, offering hospital, primary care, and skilled nursing facility medicine experience.
Responsibilities and Expectations
This role involves:
- Providing quality patient care, managing follow-ups, evaluations, new admissions, and sick visits.
- Collaborating with a supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: $250,000
- Bonuses: Up to $50-75K annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $10K
- Relocation Assistance: $5K
Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as retirement planning options, CME, and PTO support.
