Job Title: Psychiatric Medical Director

Overview:
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist with a proven history in telepsychiatry and psychiatric administration to lead and expand our psychiatric program while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership (40%):
- Grow and broaden the reach of our psychiatric services.
- Develop and manage a robust outcomes monitoring system to enhance patient care.
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure high standards of care through a peer-review program.
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Clinical Service (60%):
- Provide top-tier psychiatric care, leveraging expertise in telepsychiatry and in-person consultations.
- Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligibility/Certification: Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Telepsychiatry & Administration: Demonstrated experience in telepsychiatry and psychiatric program administration is required.
- Location: Must reside in or relocate to the Greenville, NC area.
