Senior Software Engineer
Location : Fort Worth(Hybrid)
Salary : $110k-150k

Key Responsibilities :
Collect and evaluate technical requirements to drive project success.
Collaboratively architect and design software solutions.
Write, test, and review code using Modern C (v20).
Work with technologies such as Elixir (functional language), Kafka, and Kubernetes.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain software solutions in production.
Enhance the performance of existing solutions for optimal efficiency.
Opportunity to contribute to open-source projects.
Qualifications :
Advanced software development experience, with a focus on Modern C (v14, v17, v20).
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development.
Hands-on experience with Linux-based development environments.
Familiarity with Boost libraries and the Standard Template Library (STL).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Preferred Experience :
Experience in low-latency systems.
Exposure to functional programming languages like Elixir, Scala, or Erlang.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience using GitHub for version control.
Background in mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
Experience with database management.
