The Assistant Director/Manager supports the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing efforts, and revenue growth at She's Yar Lash Bar. This role involves managing projects, executing marketing strategies, tracking sales, and ensuring top-tier customer service across multiple locations. The Assistant Director/Manager will also assist in team leadership, staff training, and developing sales strategies to meet studio goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Director in project management and ensure thorough understanding of ongoing initiatives.
- Support and advise on marketing efforts (Social Media, Google Ads, Print) with Director supervision.
- Research and implement revenue growth opportunities, tracking marketing trends.
- Help develop and execute sales strategies to increase product sales and market share.
- Monitor sales targets, performance, and studio revenue goals, reporting daily/weekly to the Director.
- Check in with senior reception and assistant managers on projects and productivity.
- Oversee customer service quality across locations.
- Maintain communication with the Leadership Team and report on team member progress.
- Assist in tracking staff milestones, managing hiring, training, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Develop plans for services, products, memberships, packages, and gift cards at each studio.
- Create regular performance reports and assist with goal setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous managerial experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Proficient in marketing channels, sales strategies, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team while meeting performance goals.
