Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
- Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete.
- Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.
- Fabricate reinforcement cages.
- Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.
- Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
- Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.
