We are seeking an experienced Manager for new construction projects; Apartment Communities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Tenant Improvements. 120-360 Units, 20-50 Mil. Budgets. Experience required, with compensation contingent on previous work. On-the-Job Training and Career Development may be considered for exceptional candidates. Responsibilities include supervising on-site and office Staff, developing, monitoring and adjusting project budgets and schedules. Review and approving contractor pay application, and weekly reporting to Project Owners and Management. Responsibilities include permit work with Cities' Planning & Development Depts., Utility Companies, Architects and Engineers. Recruiting and selecting qualified Subcontractors includes procuring bids. Multi-tasking is crucial, and we'll require reliable attendance and transportation. Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
