**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to greet guests and assist with inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
** General Responsibilities: **
1. Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. Provide general information to visitors and staff as needed.
6. Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
7. Monitor and maintain all office supplies, including receiving shipments and dispersing them.
8. Monitor and maintain all office equipment.
**Clerical**
- Print POS report daily, mail out all invoices
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Weekly check match up, mail out & scanning into vendor’s easy file
- Match freight receipts from the parts department with invoices received in the mail
- Filing and scanning for administration
- Ensure all office and window cleaning is maintained, communicate with companies as necessary
- Order and receive coffee, water, and vending machine supplies
- Make copies of monthly financials for CFO
**Qualifications: **
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in customer service role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidential
