Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $50/hr
- Completion Bonus: $150/month
- Pay: Weekly
Schedule:
Sat-Sun | 8hr shifts | 0700 - 1500 On Call
Project Scope:
Oversee the safety of changeouts of sprinkler systems at the Toyota Factory in Georgetown, KY.
Our client has a contract with Toyota to replace sprinkler heads and systems throughout the plant. This work must be completed while production is down, meaning it will occur exclusively on weekends. Toyota determines its weekly production schedule and notifies our client the week before. As a result, we will contact our Safety Manager each week to confirm availability.
We are looking to have 2-3 Safety Managers interested in picking up weekend work for additional income.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in construction safety management

Certifications:
- OSHA 30 (required)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations.
- Provide safety training as needed.
- Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices.
- Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence.
- Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required.
Skills & Knowledge:
Skills:
- Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- OSHA outreach training experience (a plus)
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
- Effective communication of EHS principles
