Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 0700-1500 (40 hrs/week)
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Compensation:
- Rate: $50 - $55 /hour
- Per Diem: $125/day
- Pay: Weekly
Project Scope:
This project involves installing a Mini-Split system to supplement the current air conditioning in a conference room, as the existing system is insufficient for cooling new projection equipment. The work includes:
- Installing a mini-split system with three ceiling cassettes
- Integrating the system into the building's BAS
- Performing all incidental related work
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years as a superintendent on projects of similar size and complexity.

Certifications:
- OSHA 30 (minimum)
- Familiarity with EM 385 regulations

Technical Skills:
- HVAC experience required
- Ability to interpret a critical path schedule and read construction drawings
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
- Monitor site operations and enforce safety protocols
- Provide safety training as needed
- Manage and review safety-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EM 385 regulations
- Collaborate with the project team to maintain a safe worksite
