3. Safely handle and restrain pets during grooming procedures, ensuring their well-being.
4. Assess pet coat and skin conditions, recommending appropriate grooming treatments.
5. Keep grooming tools and equipment clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, grooming styles, and new products.
7. Provide excellent customer service, discussing grooming preferences with pet owners.
8. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
9. Collaborate with receptionists to manage appointments and communicate effectively with clients.
10. Train and mentor junior groomers or grooming assistants as needed.
Requirements:
