Become a full-time HVAC Service Technician - HVACR Maintenance Tech with Shearer Heating A/C & Refrigeration Inc. in Washington, PA! Our HVAC technicians are dispatched from home and typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with an on-call rotation every five days or more.
