DIVE INTO THIS ENTRY-LEVEL DISPATCHING ROLE
This is a full-time entry-level position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for overtime.
As our Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you'll be at the heart of our dispatching operations, ensuring that each service call runs smoothly. Your day will be filled with answering customer calls, collecting important information, and dispatching the right technician to the right job. You'll use our advanced software to code time tickets accurately and keep our technicians debriefed and ready for their next task. No two days will be the same, and your work will be essential to keeping things running smoothly and ensuring our clients' needs are met promptly.
