  • Under general supervision the clerk will perform a wide array of duties in Receiving, Inventory Adjustments, Cycle Counting, and general accounting in Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and WIP (Work-In-Product) – all specifically related to Variety Pack.
  • The VP Inventory Clerk will be expected to assist VP PIT Operators, Packers, Dumpers, Floaters, Line Leads, and Supervisors to ensure the proper inventory processes and procedures are followed.

  What YOU Bring to the Table:

  • Consistent and Frequent Cycle Counting of Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
  • Unloading and Receiving Inbound Purchase Orders (Raw Materials and Finished Goods).  PIT License Will Be Required (Not Required at Time of Application)
  • HOLD Pallet Handling – Staging for Plant QA Teams to rework or test at Stark and pulling and transferring back to plants on shuttles.
  • Reconciling and Balancing of Inventory Quantities 
  • Frequent Reconciliation of all Variety Pack PROD Locations (7)
  • Adjusting Quantities of “HOSPITAL” Pallets leftover from Production
  • Return Inactive Inventory back to “Live Inventory” when original LPN and/or case labels are available.
  • Return Inactive Inventory back to “Live Inventory” when little or no original data is available.
  • Researching and Correcting WIP Inventory Variances                                                   
  • Preparation and Documentation of outbound RM ICS Loads when necessary
  • Expected to work with VP Operators Daily to ensure FIFO rules are followed for WIP Consumption
  • Basic Understanding of the Variety Pack Production Schedule posted in MIP.
  • Constant Floor Presence Required – Expected to Be Available to Offer Assistance and Guidance to Every Variety Pack Production Team Member When Needed.

  Knowledge of the Following Computer Related Programs/Software are Preferred:

  • Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Microsoft Outlook 365 (Regular Email Communication Required)
  • MIP (Shearer’s Manufacturing Information Portal)
  • JDA (Warehouse Management System)
  • Mapics (Inventory Tracking Software) – Compared directly with JDA
