Site Manager Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and personnel management. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and personnel management.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Manage and lead agreed-upon site-specific KPIs to achieve safety, OTIF, cost, and quality objectives.
- Cultivate effective partnerships with cross-functional peers to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
This individual will also contribute to the formulation of business objectives from an operations perspective and ensure site capabilities, constraints, and Health Safety and Environment considerations are incorporated into integrated business planning.
In addition, this person will establish and continuously improve performance levels for the site, coach, mentor, and develop the site management team members, and stimulate talent management by identifying and selecting talents with growth potential.
