SUMMARY
Train to safely setup, operate and maintain all Finishing Department machinery. Learn all Operational and Quality related Finishing Department procedures. Gain an understanding of the following carton‐forming techniques and finishing operations:
1. R.T.E.
2. S.T.E
3. Double Wall
4. Seal End
5. Auto Bottom
6. Windowing
7. Flat pack
8. Wrap & Band
When 4000 hours of in‐house training is completed and satisfied, employee will be eligible for a D1 Gluer Mechanic position upon availability of an open position within the Finishing Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Train to maintain, run, and setup all Finishing Department machines and operations
2. Safe setup, operational and maintenance methods of:
a Domino 110
b Alpina w/ Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II
c Masterfold w/ Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, and Cartonpack II
d HHS gluing system for the three gluers
e Heiber Schroeder window machine
3. Have knowledge and ability of packing and feeding procedures and associated QA inspection methods.
4. Understanding of HHS hot and cold melt gluing systems.
5. Other duties as assigned
