About the Role :
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our Waterpark. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to emergencies. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of lifeguards and staff to maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility. Responsibilities :
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all guests and enforce facility rules.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary in emergency situations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement safety protocols and training.
- Attend mandatory in-service training.
