SSC is a full continuum of care offering assisted living, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite, and end-of-life care. We have a resident-centered philosophy and are blessed to have the best caregivers in the business. Our average length of employment across the board, in all departments is 4.5 years! This includes students who we are proud to support in their quest for further education. At SSC we never mandate and do not use agency staffing.

Wages based on experience and education
- LPN Wage scale $27-$31 Per hour
- RN Wage Scale $31-$35
At Sheboygan Senior Community we have a healthy staff to resident ratio, no agency staff and we never mandate overtime!
- $2.00 Shift differential from 3pm-6am
Nurse Shifts
- 6pm - 6am (one Open position)
