As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Sheegog Contracting, working directly with homeowners to assess their roofing needs, provide expert advice, offer personalized solutions, and ensure they have a seamless and positive experience throughout the entire process. Your role will be crucial in building relationships, offering tailored roofing options, and guiding customers through a service that exceeds their expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for motivated individuals who can bring enthusiasm, energy, and dedication to our team. The ideal candidate should have:

• Sales or Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of success in sales or customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the roofing or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.
• Motivation & Problem-Solving Skills: You should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of finding creative solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Valid Driver’s License: A reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license is required to travel to customer locations within the service area.
• Organizational and Team Skills: You should be highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed with us.
