Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA is a prominent mid-size, regional law firm seeking a lateral attorney or attorney group to join our Trust and Estate Planning practice. Position(s) will be based primarily from Sheehan's Boston, MA or Manchester, NH location. Qualified candidate(s) must have a J.D., (LL.M in Taxation preferred) and be admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts with seven or more years of experience and portable business required. Experience with sophisticated and complex estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and estate tax expertise, preferred. Successful candidate(s) must be motivated, exacting and possess excellent client counseling skills. Experience in creating a variety of individually tailored estate plans, familiarity with current probate procedure, and tax law. Candidate(s) should be prepared to integrate with and help grow the firm's existing practice and have the confidence and ability to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner.
